I contacted a couple local repair shops but they wouldn't service big box appliances (I have a Troy-Blit Trimmer and a Simoniz pressure washer.) I was tentative to call Michael as the reviews seemed too good to be true! I overcame my reservations and decided to give it a go. Michael called before coming and arrived promptly. He took apart what was ailing and diagnosed. Told me what was wrong and quoted the parts and labour might work out to 1/3 of what it would be new. I went ahead, gave him a deposit, and waited until the parts came in. Michael called me a couple weeks later, came by and performed the repairs. Even though he found some gunk in the carburetor and cleaned it out, the price remained the same. It's hard to find someone like Michael who has good customer service, prompt, and reasonably priced. I am very pleased with the outcome!
